Our ROLE as Mechanical Engineering Students

The UPRM Solar Boat has been made almost entirely by students. The project provides the opportunity to apply class knowledge to real life applications.

Most mechanical components, such as the boat's hull, its drivetrain, both the endurance and sprint propeller, as well as other structures  have all been designed and manufactured by the mechanical engineering team in campus.
